Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of ASVA, a collections assistant for shops using TallyPrime, provided by Almmatix. By installing or using ASVA, the shop agrees to these terms.
What ASVA does
ASVA reads outstanding balances from the shop's TallyPrime, sends bills and payment reminders from the shop's own WhatsApp number, records payments customers report, and helps the shop post confirmed receipts back into Tally. ASVA never posts anything to Tally without the shop owner's confirmation.
The shop stays in control
- The shop decides who to remind and can pause any customer at any time.
- Every payment is confirmed by the owner before it is posted to Tally.
- Tally remains the accounting record; ASVA does not change the shop's books on its own.
Acceptable use
The shop will use ASVA only to communicate with its own genuine customers about genuine dues, in line with WhatsApp's policies and applicable law. Misuse (spam, messaging people who are not the shop's customers, or harassment) is not permitted and may lead to suspension.
Pilot and availability
ASVA is currently offered on a free pilot. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reminders depend on the shop's computer, internet, WhatsApp connection, and Tally being available.
Liability
ASVA is a tool to help a shop collect faster. The shop remains responsible for its own accounting, credit decisions, and customer relationships. To the extent permitted by law, Almmatix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of ASVA.
